The camping

Mini campsite Roos is located in beautiful Oostvoorne. Against the Overbos and just outside the built-up area.

The sea is approximately 2.5 km from the campsite. The most beautiful beaches are in Rockanje, about 5 km. You can enjoy walking and cycling from the campsite. You are directly in the beautiful forests and dunes around Oostvoorne.

The campsite is quiet and is mainly visited by a somewhat older crowd. We have no play facilities for children.

Dogs are allowed (in consultation; maximum 2 per place and taking into account the total number at the campsite), but must always be on a lead at the campsite.

At ‘opening hours’ you can see under the heading ‘occupation’ whether there is still place available at the campsite.

Our campsite is affiliated with Vekabo Netherlands (this is a branch organization for small (farmers) campsites).

Who are we?

Minicamping Roos is owned by Peter and Trude van de Polder. We live with ours 17 year old daughter Myrte, dog Amber and cats Flip and Siepie in the residence at the campsite.

Peter’s mother, Mrs. Roos, started the campsite in 1990. The campsite owes its name to her.

We find it very nice to welcome the guests to our campsite and enjoy the many pleasant contacts.

There are 30 camping places on the campsite and 2 tent places. About half of it are tourist places, the other half is used by regular guests who stay at our campsite all season.
